Sand Dancer is located in the sought after Village of Stump Sound community in North Topsail Beach. The Village is a private oceanfront and soundfront community with no public beach access points that offers an oceanfront pool and clubhouse, a tennis court and a kayak launch. Ground level: Sand Dancer has covered parking for a car or small boat, depending on the size of the vehicle. The driveway has more parking for up to 4 more vehicles. As soon as you arrive, you will immediately smell the salty air and hear the waves crashing on the shore.
At the ground level, there is direct beach access that is shared among Sand Dancer and the surrounding homes. After a long day on the beach, rinse off your beach gear at the garden hose and then take a cool shower in the enclosed outside shower under the carport, before heading inside through the steps leading to the first level.
First level: The first level contains the 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 decks. Both decks on this level are covered, but you do not have direct beach access from the oceanside deck.
Bedroom One: The first bedroom is located on the north side of the house, to your left as you enter the front door. This room contains 2 sets of twin bunk beds, beautiful white furniture, and a door that leads to the front (street-side) deck. There is a jack-and-jill style bathroom attached that connects this bedroom to another bedroom. The bathroom contains a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom Two: The second bedroom down the hall from the first bedroom (also accessible from the adjoining bathroom), containing a queen-sized bed with elegant wooden furniture and a lighthearted nautical theme. This room is bright with a lovely airy feel due to the large windows and door, which provides instant access to the deck. The closest bathroom is one that connects this bedroom to the bunk room.
Bedroom Three: The third bedroom is across the hall from the second bedroom, equipped with a king-sized bed, medium-sized flat screen TV, and beautiful white wooden furniture. There is a bathroom attached to this bedroom, containing a stand-up shower. This room also has deck access.
Second Level: The second level contains the kitchen, dining area, the fourth bedroom, the third bathroom, and a powder room. There are two more decks on this level, but there is not an exterior staircase connecting the upper and lower decks.
Kitchen: Live like a local and cook your meals in this amazing kitchen! Fully equipped with all white appliances, granite countertops, and a large island, whipping up your favorite dishes will be a breeze.
Living Room: This room features modern, beachy décor, a large flat screen TV, a fireplace, and a door that leads to the oceanfront deck. With a couch and two chairs, there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable while winding down with a movie after a long day on the beach or out on the boat. The couch converts to a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, with room to seat up to 4 people (additional seating for 6 can be found at the kitchen island bar). Utilize the large dining table by serving your meals family-style, or by playing a board game after dinner is finished.
Bedroom Four: The master bedroom a luxurious king-sized bed, lovely wooden furniture, and a medium sized flat screen TV. The oceanfront deck can be accessed from the glass door with wonderful views of the sound; perfect for savoring your first cup of coffe of the day. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub and a large stand-up shower.
Sand Dancer is just three houses away from the community pool. It is situated in a quiet community with no through traffic. You can sit in a rocking chair on the back deck and take in the beauty of the sound or relax on the front deck and watch the dolphins in the ocean. Your relaxing beach vacation awaits you in this charming oceanfront retreat!
Remote check-in is utilized for this property. Linens are provided. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Smoking is not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 12 at any time. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
